This class enables students to practice hands on Reiki on themselves, and give Reiki to others. Students who then incorporate a daily Reiki self practice will find it brings balance to their life and health.
The core of the training is a series of attunements.
In class you will:
Learn about the fascinating history and heritage of Reiki
Receive instructions and hand positions for practicing self Reiki
Learn the standard hand positions to treat others
Receive four Reiki I attunements spread over several days of class
Understand how the 5 Precepts serve and influence your practice of Reiki
Have plenty of time to practice self Reiki and experience treating classmates
Share your experience and have your questions answered
“Kerry’s Reiki I class offers lots of opportunities to practice Reiki, as well as to ask questions. I liked the ambiance, the informal and open dialog, and the structure and flexibility of her teaching style.”
“I recommend the Reiki course with Kerry because she is an excellent and thorough teacher, has a lot of knowledge of the subject and is friendly and kind.”
The Reiki Circle provides space and time to hone your Reiki skills and to receive healing yourself by practicing in community. We may also send distance healing to friends, family, places or events anywhere in the world. Just bring yourself. Massage tables and bolsters are supplied.
What is it that life calls you to be and to do? What needs to be healed in order for you to live into your fullness?
Co-facilitated by Kerry Cadambi and Beth Estock.
We will incorporate gentle yoga, breath work, meditation, journaling and subtle level healing modalities as ways to help you listen deeply for the wisdom of your body and heal what is limiting you. If you long to discern what wise action looks like in your life, and want to show up in your fullness for the life you long to live, I hope you consider joining us.
“Before the retreat, I was upset, anxious and struggling with a co-dependent friendship. As a result of the retreat, I was able to let go of my shame and simply deal with the friendship – naming the pattern and saying good-bye. I am no longer contorting myself for her. The impact of this shift has given me more space and ease in my life.”
