Spirit: We are with you Dear One, prepare to hear our message.
Today we speak of Joy. Why Joy? Joy is an energy that serves you well to experience, to feel, on a regular basis.
Joy feels good. But it also serves on many other levels. When you experience Joy it engages a cascade of hormonal processes which facilitate relaxation and healing on the physical level.
Experiencing and embodying Joy helps not just you but also those around you. It is infectious in the most beneficial way.
Have you ever seen someone in the full expression of Joy? And did you also feel your body begin to engage with that Joy? Did your heart warm? Did a smile emerge on on your face?
Whether that Joy comes from a person feeling joyful, or from an animal expressing Joy (you know animals feel Joy as well), you can engage with it.
Have you ever seen a cow let out of the barn, joyfully running to its grassy pasture. Or a dog overflowing with Joy greeting its owner when they return from a day out. Watching this Joy affects your nervous system, to your benefit.
Imagine the health benefits of engaging with joy daily, even multiple times during the day.
Imagine building your neural network with Joy and for Joy. The more you experience Joy, the more neural ‘Joy’ connections are made. And when you have more neural ‘Joy’ connections you can experience Joy more easily and deeply. You are building your Joy muscle.
Find what gives you Joy. You are here, in this life, to experience good. The good is what builds your reserve of internal resources, enabling you to better manage when challenges occur. Joy is a beautiful expression of good in this life. It is your right and it is a necessity.
Find the many sources of Joy that engage you. It could be sitting in a memory of a joyful experience. It could be connecting with someone dear to you. It could be the sight of something beautiful, the scent of nature, the sound of a song, or the taste of a favorite food or beverage which delights your tastebuds.
Find a few diverse things which easily bring you to a state of Joy. Take a couple minutes in your day to experience Joy. Feel how it feels in your body. Watch as it slows the active mind. Feel as it warms and expands the heart. Sit in the lovely, higher vibrational field generated by your Joy. Breathe it in. Marinate in it. And when you can, share it with others.
Imagine a world full of people fully connected and engaging with their inner joy. What a delight that would be.
Be a catalyst to that future possibility. Grow your Joy. Model it for others. Share your Joy outwardly.
