Good morning Dear One. Today, we will talk about how to be happy.
Do you wish you had a happy heart, a happiness which fills your heart and radiates throughout your body?
Filling your mind with happy thoughts is a beginning. It provides a source energy to kickstart the beginnings of happiness. Your thoughts matter, they have energy, an actual vibratory pattern.
So, begin with happy thoughts. This can be about people you love, things you enjoy doing, dreams you have for a better future. Marinate in these happy thoughts. Create new neural connections of happiness.
But don’t stop there. Then begin to do things that not only make you happy but also spreads that happiness to others. Share a compliment. Do something which helps another. Give someone something they need but don’t expect.
Make the world a more beautiful place. Allow your happiness to be infectious in the best way, by sharing. This creates connections which are life serving and joyful even.
Start your day with 10 happy thoughts. Allow it to expand throughout your day. Go forth and be happy in all that you do. It requires nothing more than good thoughts and benevolent action.
